Strategies for Success in Managing the Anti-coagulated Patient

Course Description
Anti-coagulated patients are part of our practices. With the increasing use of interventional cardiac procedures, early detection and treatment of cardiac arrhythmias and improved diagnosis, there appears to be an increase in the number of patients being prescribed anti-coagulant therapy. Today, more than ever, we should  be familiar with the medications that are being used and how to minimize complications associated with an anti-coagulated patient.
