Damage to the lingual attachm ent apparatus in the mandibular anterior region presents challenging condi tions for both patients and clinicians to maintain over time. This present ation explores the etiology and sequelae of lingual attachment loss—partic ularly as a consequence of tongue jewelry trauma and advanced periodontal disease. Through clinical case documentation and long-term follow-up\, the session highlights regenerative strategies that offer regenerative altern atives to extraction and implant therapy.
